Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Unruly Punk purchase. If something isn't right, here's what you need to know.
Change of mind
We offer a 30-day return period. If you change your mind about your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Items should be returned in a condition that allows us to resell them. You may handle an item as you reasonably would in a shop to check it, but we may reduce a refund if an item has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning an item.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is:
- Faulty or defective
- Damaged during delivery
- Not what you ordered
- Significantly different from its description
We'll work with you to put things right. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair or refund.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we'll cover the reasonable cost of returning it.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
Sale items
Sale items can be returned under the same terms as full-price items.
Being on sale does not remove your statutory consumer rights.
Made-to-order products
Some Unruly Punk products may be made to order. Being made to order does not automatically mean an item is personalised or exempt from cancellation rights.
If an item has been specifically personalised or made to your individual specifications, different rules may apply.
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just get in touch before returning it.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, the simplest option is to return your original purchase and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we've received your returned item, we'll check it and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method.
For statutory cancellations, refunds will be made within the required legal timeframe. Where applicable, this includes the cost of standard delivery paid when you placed your order.
Your bank or payment provider may then take additional time to process the refund and return the money to your account.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer.
In particular, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
