Processing time
Products that are printed to order are sent directly from one of our production partners warehouses. Please allow 2-7 days for processing and fulfilment. Once your item is created, it will be shipped to you according to the shipping method you select.
Items that we handle directly (such as stickers) are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
Shipping methods and times
Standard shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-6 business days depending on your location.
Expedited shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days. Available at an additional cost.
International shipping: We currently offer international shipping to selected worldwide destinations. Delivery times vary by country, generally ranging from 7-21 business days.
Please note: Processing times are separate from shipping times. Once an order is shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method and carrier.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs will vary based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You can calculate your shipping charges at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable). You can use this number to track your package via the carrier's website.
Delayed or lost shipments
We do our best to ensure your items arrive promptly, but sometimes delays happen due to weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly for more information.
In the event your package is lost, please reach out to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier or offer a resolution, as appropriate.
Shipping restrictions
P.O Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O Boxes. Please make sure to use a physical address for shipping.
International duties and taxes: Customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or other fees that may apply for international shipments (when available). These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout.
Order modifications and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. For print-on-demand items, changes and cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order is sent to production and can not be modified.
