He can regenerate from almost anything, which is handy because his limbs have a habit of becoming optional whenever he does incredibly stupid shit.
His healing powers are impressive. His ability to stay in one piece is less so.
The mask looks slightly wonky, his legs are ridiculously thin, and his belt is somehow keeping trousers up that aren’t even there.
Honestly, even he looks confused.
As for why he’s in the World of Unruly Punk? Simple. Someone requested him, so now he's here causing problems, losing body parts and generally behaving like the walking health and safety violation he was always destined to be.
