Slightly Heroic Mess
By day, he's just Bloke. By night, he prowls the streets with a cape flapping like a deflated bouncy castle and an air of seriousness he doesn't fully understand. Flailing, awkward, and slightly mysterious, his gadgets may or may not work.
He joined the Unruly Punk heroes after Spider-Guy insisted he'd be a "perfect serious addition," which Batbloke didn't really get, but agreed anyway. Rooftops fear him, walls tolerate him, and pigeons occasionally get scared.
Crooked, confused, and awkwardly heroic, he somehow fits perfectly into the gang. His crime-fighting technique is mostly confidence, poor balance and hoping nobody notices when something goes wrong.
